Senator Frank moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 3092. Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 468(FIN) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Duncan offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 7, line 29: Delete "LEGISLATIVE BUDGET AND AUDIT" Insert "COMPENSATION STUDY" Page 7, line 30: Delete "Legislative Budget and Audit Committee" Insert "Department of Administration" Senator Duncan moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Objections were heard. Senator Duncan rose to a point of order. President Pearce cautioned members regarding debate. Senator Duncan called the Senate. The call was satisfied. The question being: Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?
